Too much anger, bias and emotion.

Yes, I see your point of view. However I raise some disagreements below for you to ponder.

1. As a union you should strike for paying better rates, insurance and other things fairly. But you cannot ask for them to not use something they want to use. You say don't use AI. What's stopping you to ask, don't use computers, software, anything else. Your demands should be raised only when they are interacting with you for a script. And nothing they want to do without you.

2. Maybe human cinema is better than AI cinema. But you are no one to judge. Time will decide. And people will ultimately vote with their dollar. And whoever wins, studios will go with that.

3. Learning from your material isn't a copyright infringement. That's how we progress. I am sure to become a professional writer, you would have studied lot of copyrighted protected material. If you produce anything, anyone and everyone should be able to learn from it. That's the basic for a society.
