I see this parallel in India in marriage by parents. The expectations are off the charts.

Love or getting married is something people want what they see in movies. They are always embracing each other, taking care and have intense feelings all the time.

But the reality is that if you stay with someone for 24 hours, it will drive you mad. At least initially.

You need to give space, let your relationship breathe and realize love is more than those initial burst of butterflies.
